I can drag-drop multiple Outlook items from Outlook to IQ.
However, when I try to copy/paste multiple items from Outlook to IQ, only the first item is pasted.
EDIT: Copy/Paste multiple E-mails to Word works fine
A feature request:
When pasting Outlook items, would it be possible to also paste the E-mail Date, From, To (Recipient) and E-mail Account?
If not possible when pasting, how about drag-drop (I much prefer pasting)?
EDIT: When I paste Outlook items into Notepad, it shows: From, To (Recipient) and E-mail Account. However, instead of showing the actual date, only Weekday and time is shown (e.g Wed 7:58 instead of 11/16/22)!?

Thank you so much for the new Outlook feature that now also copies the:
EmailDate
EmailRecipients
EmailSender
If not too difficult, and when you have time, would it also be possible to copy
EmailAccount ?
I have several E-mail accounts for different purposes and Emails are "categorized" by the Email account.
TIA!

I still have problems when pasting multiple E-mails.
They are pasted fine, but only the first E-mail is assigned to the current Grid (e.g. my EmaiIs grid with source=Emails)
Therefore, when I refresh, all but the first item disappears.

Works fine here. The focus is on a TLI blank item ?
Yes, I paste into a blank…
Yes, I paste into a blank TLI item.
Sometimes, not even the first E-mail item gets assigned to the Grid.
If I close and reopen the IQ file, the first item works again.
EDIT: I just tried it in a new IQ file and it works fine there. Must be something wrong with my previous IQ file (I also tried a new Grid but had the same issue in the previous file).

After some research, I found out that the IQ field names didn't match what I expected in Outlook. Here are the problems:
Item
Subject
EmailDate
EmailRecipients
Missing from IQ
To
EmailBox
Thus, two issues:
1. The "To" field is missing from IQ
2. The EmailBox field shows the "To" E-mail address instead of the "E-mail Account" address if they are both E-mail addresses but different.
(The "To" E-mail address is the address the E-mail was sent to. The "E-mail Account" is the account the E-mail was downloaded from.
For example, I may have received an E-mail "To" viking@abc.com that was forwarded to the "E-mail account" viking2@abc.com )
p.s. The Table column widths are not saved after editing... ;-(

I really like the feature to save Emails, by copy/paste, into IQ.
I wonder if it is at all possible (and not too much work!) to also save the E-mail body in the Doc pane?
I am currently copy/paste a lot of E-mail into IQ and it is a lot of work to later manually copy/paste the bodies into the Doc Pane.
Hi viking, Good suggestion…
Hi viking,
Good suggestion. Right now you can use EmailToIQ to get both contact information and email content. See 2. Send To InfoQube using EmailToIQ
If I understand correctly, I…
If I understand correctly, I will need to forward all relevant Outlook E-mails to a (new) IMAP E-mail address that IQ could pull from.
1. If I try to do them all at once, they are sent as attachments so that wouldn't work.
2. If I try to do them one-by-one (would be a lot of work) it would anyway not work as intended because now the sender, recipient, date etc would change.
Would the potential feature to add the Email body when copying/pasting multiple E-mails to IQ be something that could be done reasonable easy so that it could be implemented "soon" or maybe it will need to wait until some later time?

Wow! That was quick. I don't see v122w available yet, but as soon as it is, I will test it. Thank you!
