I'm setting up the dialing and get the message "Tapi error #resource unavailable." Is there a place to tell IQ what com port my modem is plugged into? Or any other ideas what might be wrong.

I'm not sure what the actual problem is, but I'd start by looking at the control panel>>Phone and Modem Options (XP)

I looked at the control panel(Vista)/Phone and Modem and the Driver Manager and everything looks okay.

I tried using my Ecco dialer and it works fine. Any other suggestions where I might look to fix the problem?
