collecting all dates and filtering "today" and "now"

been having a lot of trouble with this filter:

First Id like to include items that have any date field (from different calendars)- NOT having to manually type each field in the filter. 

Then Id like to filter those that are 'today'. Trouble is that all these date fields are reoccuring. And the grid doesn't seem to recognize the reoccuring dates, so only the original date is found -not the reoccurance.

Id also like another that is NOW at THIS time...

 

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Being able to view repeating events has always been limited to the Calendar (same with Ecco Pro).

The good news is that the Calendar has a new list / search view that looks like a grid, but shows events, including repeating events.

Available in v1.128.0 (pre-release)

Is the list view attached to the calendar or is it a regular grid? the current calendar, even if copied pasted in different areas of the workspace, and filtered differently, and different 'view' - still duplicate the same view when its reopened....will the list view allow different filters?

if not - maybe is there a way that iq could somehow use a push/pull equation from the date feilds and have a new 'flat' entry in a new date field that coudl be used to get the next occurance date to be used in regular grids?
