For some reason when I serch in quick search, the latest items are not searched. I tired refreshing closing & reopening, moving, but to no avail. Will it work when I install the newest version?

Can you provide a screen shot as this has never been seen before.
Any change is immediately commited to the database and will be shown in the quick search. Only exception, is the HTML pane which is saved when (1) click on the save button, or (2) focus is changed to a different item in the grid
OK, notice how the item column is empty. This is OK, but it can explain it.
If in Quick-seach, Show Details is NOT checked, the output will show the item's field value only. In this case it is empty. You should still see the item, but not text. Select Show Details to view the text from that text field (some address field I suppose)
Show Detail was selected all the time. I now have the latest version but still can't see a lot of items in quick search. I don't know how many, but I could see that, for example, quick search window doesn't show any items created later than may 5th. It's really bad. I've just noticed another thing -- all the cells that have hyperlinks don't show through quick search.
It's really weird because I absolutely can't reproduce this problem. Every single item I enter appears in the quick search window, whether they have hyperlinks, whatever the text field (Html pane, etc.) I have entered the data in. etc. (Of course that doesn,t mean that your problem doesn't exist !)
One more question: why in the quick search window some items have empty "shown in" column (even the items that have a given grid field checked in the property pane) ?
