A general 'buginess' when changing from flat to hierarchy - goes on reopening grid or after using it for a bit
 
The new arrows indicating sub-items sometimes showing incorrectly (showing as expanded when not)
On initially expanding an item: having to click many times before it will expand

Tom, I wonder if the new arrows issue isn't part of the ever-present display 'problems' that IQ seems to elicit, i..e grids not updating normally, today date filters not updating to  today on the clock change, etc.  I've had arrows that don't open when they should, shortcuts that stop working (requiring a program restart). It's weird but may be related to your observations.
