I've red manual on those 3 concepts, but only after discussion with Pierre, Armando & Tom, I have better understanding of them. Maybe it woudl be good to explain them in the context of the grid source?

I have realized that I still don't have the sufficient knowledge to do it well. Also, I just can't afford to get involved in it in the degree that would help the documentation to look the way I think it should. I have some idea though how to solve the documentation problem. Google spreadsheet has some really neat multi-user features that could be suitable for this, we could set up one to experiment. Think of it as a 2-D interactive document with chat and with the ability to insert images: see Google spreadsheet as a discussion tool
