I wrote a note in the mantis issue about this.
Was supposed to be fixed but it's not fixed here.

(Reported here : Version 0.9.24D is released but... just to make sure as this bug prevents me to use the universal clipper all together.)

Thanks for the note in mantis (http://mantis.sqlnotes.net/view.php?id=751)

I'm not sure how this -- concatenating titles only -- could be useful... This is why I filed it as a bug.
What use could it have ? Usually when a user clips something, the last clipped  title doesn't belong into the new title... no ?

With the new build (2009 08 07), there's no automatic item title when clipping in firefox. The item field is just blank ("HTML" field is okay).

Note :

The title only appears if
1- something is first clipped with the universal clipper and discarded,
2- and then something else is clipped in firefox.

But then I end up with the old title of what the universal clipper clipped (because of the concatenation issue mentioned in previous posts) + the added title for the firefox clip.

My mistake. This is now fixed.

Pierre... There's still a problem with this. It just doesn't work properly...

If I use the universal clipper to clip something, then any ulterior titles of items clipped with the firefox clipper will have the previous universal clipper's clip title instead.

(Workaround for those who, like me, use both clippers : 1- click on the desktop, 2- press the universal clipper shortcut key, 3- cancel the clip. Your Firefox clips should now have the proper title... until your next universal clipper's clip...)
