9.24f, vista64 ultimate
Every 10 minutes the minimized IQ highlights as it if it looking for input.  Is this new behavior in 9.24f?  Has anyone else seen this?  I have made no changes to my backup settings though it is set to 10 minutes.  Could be connected?
 
It just happened in 8 minutes so probably isn't related but it is consistent.

I changed the 10 to 0 and the behavior still happens.

I havent seen that behaviour here - that IQ blinks on the taskbar
(XP home 'regular')
 
I also have backup every 10 mins but I see you ruled that out

After shutting down and restarting I am no longer seeing the behavior.  This makes me think that it was BACKUP.  I will try to reset later and see if I can make it happen again.

I have reset to 10 minutes and exited and restarted.  I am unable to reproduce the behavior <sigh>
