I just pasted some data in the HTML pane -- a column of 2900 words. The program froze completely when I tried to edit the words and I had to close end IQ's process.
It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to really be annoying..
Any other users with similar experiences ?

Yup, happens very often : 5th time in the last 10min.
Have to shut down IQ each time...

I tried pasting a few times (a 14 page document), worked just fine...

Yes.
it actually seems to work fine until you go back and forth between items with lots of HTML content, and edit one of them.
I don't know why that happens but it does and it doesn't happen 100% of the time, unfortunately...
Maybe will I be able to figure out what does it exactly.

Maybe it has to do with the number of HTML links or tables length. Even MS word has problems with my files...
 
 
I'd like to attach the file but I can't attach mht files... I guess I could convert it to doc.

Converting the html file to mht then to doc, and then... Copying from the doc file to html pane seems to "fix" the problem. A lenghty process.
We could look at that at some other point since it seems that it only happens with certain documents and even MS word struggles...
