  • The working glossary under Set tree Column, has a test flash video here: -- link to nonexistent node ID 90 --
  • It's easy to do I found out, by just uploading the final .swf file after clicking the flash icon in the editor.
  • I'm not sure you can use this same uploaded file as also a comment to a forum question--does anyone know? .
  • What are thoughts on utilizing this--I'll probably move this out of the glossary and just link to it, but I thought showing this might help get creative juices going.
  • Are there any other Wink/Camtasia/Captivate, etc, users?

thoughts on using flash in general = very good and helpful
location can be changed at some stage but sometimes is difficult to explain things without images of some sort...
 
Couple comments -
1) the flash keeps going in a never-ending loop - is this intentional -
2) here it makes a funny noise in the speakers every now & again - possibly when it reaches the end and starts again, I have been having other sound card problems so this may be only on my computer.
 
 
PS: sorry I havent been much help lately with documentation - too much going on here, hopefully I'll be able to help a bit again soon

Ahah... It actually took me a while to discover what was making that noise... As I let my computer  load a few tabs before actually watching the flash presentation... I though I was having a sound card problem, or static electricity interferences...

Thanks for the feedback, both of you. I moved it to my test page for debugging. I'll check the video program for the sound problem. I haven't heard it here (but I don't use sound much).
