With dual pane or multiple vertical tab groups:

When I move an item from one grid to another grid/pane via drag-drop -
I get the 'hourglass' waiting symbol: when the mouse arrow is over text within a field, or over a tick-box, or pretty much anywhere outside the grid proper, this doesn't seem to go away at all unless I close all grids (& reopen) or restart IQ.
It's not a really big deal as things still work, but it's fairly disconcerting all the same.
I have had problems with difficulty editing items in the first grid immediately after the move but not consistently i.e. cant reproduce at will.

This problem does *not* occur when Ctrl-dragging an item to a different grid-pane

Could be related to the new mouse display features as discussed here:- Display bug: cursor 'carrying' something but not the case (hopefully) (?)

Version 0.9.25Pre-Rel18 build 2010-02-16 10:52:36 (also the case in previous build which has same number)
Can anyone confirm this ?

Hi Tom,

I'm not able to reproduce that problem using your steps.

However, I did run into the "hourglass" mouse indicator problem. Usually, this had to do with a grid filter with wrong syntax... But "not wrong enough" to trigger the error message. Could that be the case ?

Armando, thanks for checking

The destination grid(s) had this in grid options:-
Arial|10|

once I removed that, the problem is gone.
I'll add it to my mantis list
