I don't know whether I did something or not, but I can't select just a single cell. When I'm trying to do that, the whole column is selected. Tried repair.

Jay, have you also tried closing & reopening the file (restart IQ while you're at it)
1) just double checking:-
Do you mean that whenever you click in a cell the whole column is immediately selected?
2) you have the problem in all grids?
3) Is the problem only with the one file ?

4) does it make a difference if you click in the text in a cell or in blank space in a cell
