It does not appear in the property pane & I don't know where to look for it.

An auto-list is just that, an automatic list, based on values entered. To view the list of wikitags and make changes:
  • right-click on the wikitag field >> show field-values
  • The Wikitag field show be shown in the Scratchpad grid, edit values
