I 9.25E version, all the field which had  hrad return don't show, unless I open that cell and close again.

For example:
Apple
Grape
Carrot

 will show as :
AppleGrapeCarrot

(Unless I open that cell and close it again. Is there any way to do it all at once for all the cells?)

Thanks
Jay

Many thanks. BTW -- is it a bug?

Jay : It's not a bug. By default, all cells don't use the "Word Wrap" option.
It's easy enough to change the option using the column header, or by ising the ctrl-w shortcut key as I mentioned in another thread.
One thing that could be done, is to have all cells using "Word Wrap" by default. However, other users would probably complain... ;)

And for a per item/cell, temporary switch : item menu --> "toggle word wrap". I don't have any shortcut key assigned to this, but you can if you want.

( Pierre : for the "toggle word wrap"  : I wonder if that option would be more useful if, when turned on, the whole row (all visible cells) could be shown as "word wrapped" )

Thanks Armando, but I think that you didn't understand. It wasn't the word wrap, I think -- I had all those fields wrapped by "hard return" not just wrapping automatically, so it means that if everything were okay I would see just the first line, but I saw instead all three lines as one line. But not a big deal anyway.

I'm not familiar with 'hard-return' - I presume you mean you made a second line using shift-return.
This is still the way it displays now unless wordwrap is on

Would you prefer if it were thus:
