Some of my items with HTML content have word count displayed in properties, some do not.
Hovering over the field title I see the word count but it does not display in the word count data field

How do I populate all the HTML word count fields, i.e. make them visible? Thanks.

I don't remember why it's the case...But Maybe it has to do with when Pierre implemented that feature : everything that was clipped/added before that date doesn't seem to automatically show the word count. What you can do is : open the html pane and ctrl+s (save). This should instantly re-save the file to the DB and the word count should appear.

You hit the nail on the head, Armando. That did the trick. Thanks so much for the help.  It is strange.
What'/s weird to me is that this field doesn't respond to touch or re-calc or maybe that's not the use for those commands. ??

Glad I could help. The doesn't work because there's not equation/function in the field that's accessible to the user. Re-calc will work only if you have row or column equations. At first I thought that it was a "virtual" field which data came from an SQL request, but it doesn't seem to be that either since a refresh doesn't update anything. Only a "save" works. Only Pierre could tell... :)
