Doesn't F1 bring up the standard Microsoft HTML help software ?

I'm not sure about what you mean by :
"Search criteria, finds proper article title

  • Some users will run into the infamous problem where no content appears in the CHM reader. If this is the case, follow these simple steps to resolve the problem:
    • Right click on the *.CHM file
    • Click on "properties"
    • In the properties dialog go to the "General" tab
    • Below the advanced button at the bottom right, click on "Unblock" (note that this button will disappear once the file is unblocked)
    • Click on "apply"

Thanks Pierre. I saw that before I posted.

I don't understand the instructions.
I don't know where IQ is storing the chm file
The errata line doesn't help me as I can't find that file address.

Am I supposed to d/l the off line manual?
Save it where?

The instructions assume more knowledge than I have but I hate to criticize the online help because of all the hard work others (NOT ME) have put into it. It would seem I was not appreciative which would be wrong.

So true...
  1. No need to download the help file, it is part of the supplied package.
  2. the infoqube.chm file is located in [infoqube folder]AppData (for the portable version)

OK, that did it for me, Pierre. <F1> help working as expected. Thanks again.
