Christmas promotion !

In preparing for InfoQube v1.0 official release, we'd like to create a buzz around advanced information management tools...
In these days of simple single focused apps, isn't refreshing to see a new full featured information manager come to life ?

And what better ways to create a buzz than to offer free stuff... So from now until the end of 2015:

Share this with as many of your friends as possible, that's what creating a buzz is all about !

Enjoy

Pierre,

I presume that from here on out there's going to be a heavy focus on cleaning up bugs rather than adding features.  Just my opinion, but I think that's the way to go.  It's already enormously powerful and plenty good enough for 1.0.  And it's certainly stable enough to use as-is.  Any additional clean up will just be a bonus.

Is there a place that explains the licensing in more detail?  Does the $50 we paid cover just the beta version and we'll need to pay $50 amount to get 1.0?  After that, I assume there will additional purchases for each major upgrade?  Or do we already have a lifetime license?

Licensing is still to be finalized, but with current software prices, it won't be very expensive !!

Details here : http://www.infoqube.biz/donate, and here: -- link to nonexistent node ID 632 --

p.s. The donation you've made has you covered for v1.0. No need to pay anything else !

The BIG missing piece is online calendar sync. Once that is done, some minor enhancement and of course bug fixes, we can seriously consider arriving at v1.0 !

I do agree, online calendar synchronisation is the big missing piece. This is sufficiently important for me that I will in fact switch to use whatever calendar standard InfoQube eventually implements. [Aside: even if that is not Outlook! I will change my phone ecosystem away from Windows Phone if the only available synchronisation is to Google.]

I also agree that in terms of functionality the product is well beyond anything I have ever seen at release 1.0. Therefore I agree that the emphasis needs to be on bug fixing and perhaps on ensuring that the implemented product and the available documentation are reasonably well in line. On the latter, we as a community can help.

I was one of the pioneer users of Facebook and I am one of the first people to stop using it! But I shall find another way to show in public my willing dependence on InfoQube and my warm appreciation of everything that Pierre has done to bring this product into being and close to market. Bonnes fêtes de fin d'année, cher Pierre !

Also not a Facebook mensch Pierre (I do have a dormant account, and will share, but it wont be of much benefit to you as I have few friends).

Wondering do you have a G+ page/account -- I'm a little more active there.

Pierre, I presume those prices are in US dollars?

Hi Tom,

Correct, US dollars.
