I notice that All.Shortcuts.tab and User.Shortcuts.tab don't list some of my shortcuts, for example Ctrl+number and Ctrl+Shift+number.  Why is that?
 
I do see these shortcuts listed at http://www.sqlnotes.net/drupal5/index.php?q=node/147
 
Do we have an exhaustive list of all shortcuts somewhere?
 
Also I notice there is no Expand/Collapse to Level command in the Item menu.

Hi Jim,
 
There are a quite a few remaining hard-coded shortcuts, and you've found some.
Eventually, they will all be removed and replaced with command buttons... one day
