I used to constantly copy and paste text into posts.  I always overcome the Drupal right click dialog you get when right clicking with a post by holding down the control key, which allows normal right click functions.  Now that no longer works in FF or Chrome.  Not sure if it's because of browser updates or a forum change?  And the Drupal right click box won't even work in FF any more, the paste option is always grayed out, so I can't paste that way either.

Any way to turn that right click forum thing off?  It's sort of a pain .

Pasted using Ctrl+V    ( why use anything else? )

Ctrl+right-click does show the expected menu in Firefox ESR (version 38.8 - ESR is a very stable [older] version intended for business use)

Pasting via right-click menu requires using Ctrl+V (pasting in ensuing dialogue-box didnt work for me)

Thanks Tom!  Due to your post I discovered something rather hilarious.  Since this "broke" for me, I usually try Cntrl + right click first.  When that doesn't work, I then try Ctrl+V and that doesn't work either.  However I just discovered that if I try Ctrl+V first it works.  I'm just guessing but it looks like trying to right click in the post area first somehow activates something in Drupal which then prevents Ctrl+V from working.

Everything works fine here (Chrome version 52.0.2743.116)
Nothing was changed as far as the web site is concerned...
