How do put an emoji in a forum post? Are they feature of the forum editor? 
I've tried windows 10  win + period, and pick one, and though it previewed, it didn't "take".

Still on win 7 on this machine.
With the forum editor thus:
 
 
Otherwise the old fashioned way I guess :-)
