Is there a command that allows me to toggle between Collapsed View (ie view only the Top Line Items) and Expanded View (with the children of the TLI)?
I tried by selecting all items (ctrl-A) and then CTRL-Left Arrow , CTRL-Right Arrow but that didn't work. It worked only for the one selected TLI.

Ctrl-Shift>1 = shows top level items only
Ctrl-Shift>9 = Shows all items down to outline level 9 (or pick whatever level you want)
Items do not have to be selected.
