I know I can drag&drop into a new item.
How do I paste text via the keyboard as a new item in a grid preferably being able to also select Paste as Plain Text
Thanks for this. It appears that the Insert key is "insert new item above the current item" while the Enter key is "insert new item below current item". I had been using the Enter key, entering my new item, then using Alt-Arrow to move it up to the top.

Hi assari,
You can press Enter or the Insert key to create a new item and Ctrl+V to paste (or Ctrl+Shift+V) to open the paste special dialog

Pierre, Thanks for that…
Pierre,
Thanks for that. Should have mentioned that the insert new line then right-click paste was what I have been using.
Any chance to be able to save one step by Infoqube simply creating a new TLI and auto-paste whenever a user CTRL-V (or CS-V) with the grid in-focus?
kind regards
