Hi.
When pasting images or clipping content having image into IQ, the images are shown full size, going beyond the Doc Pane width.
Even if I adjust the image manually (double-clicking it and setting width), the actual width will be optimal to fit the current Doc Pane state only.
Either in the current layout when I resize the Doc Pane or when I use different layouts, that image width doesn't fit anymore.
=> My suggestion is for improving the Doc Pane, in order for images to auto-fit the actual Pane width, and dynamically adjust their sizes when the Doc Pane width is changed.
In other words, instead of setting width manually in a per image basis, IQ would set the optimal image width automatically according to a given Doc Pane size.
In this screen-recording (https://bit.ly/3uIa5Fs) I'm detailing the suggestion.
Any chance to see such improvement in IQ?
Thank you!
Carlos

Hi Pierre,
Many thanks for the improvement!
Is there a setting to choose the default unit (e.g % or px)?
Another possibility is to remember the last used unit in the image properties. For instance, if it was %, so next time the image properties are open, % will be there, even it is a different image.
Cheers,
Carlos
