[IQ IM V118f on Windows 10 with region and language set to China and Chinese Simplified]

Dear team

I got issues when using Chinese in document pane, I saw a similar bug report earlier: https://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/index.php/node/4436.
But I can't fix the issues by seting the document pane option "Use UTF-8" on & off.

Below is a sample:

Line 1-3 are what I inputed in document pane, they all look fine.
I copied line 2 to line 4, the 2nd character got messed.

I copied line1-3 together to line 5, it got totally messed.

I copied a few lines from some webpage in a browser to line 6, it also got totally messed.

I'm using "Paste as unicode text". If I use "Paste as HTML code" it will produce nothing.
