Hi everyone,
I may be misunderstanding how Item > Sub-Items > Show Levels... works. If I have previously set the grid to show all levels for all items, when I refresh the grid it goes back to showing 2 levels, or vice versa. How can I keep the number of shown levels the same as what I chose earlier. The grid has a custom sort order and group (by priority), so when I change priorities I want to refresh the list order, but not collapse all the sub-items back to closed.
My grid is in Outline (normal) mode with Context Parents None. There are levels above and below the TLIs of this grid.
Thank you.
How do I ?

Hi Cyganet,
Confirmed and fixed in v119Pre8
Thanks for reporting

Thank you for the quick fix! It now works as expected.
Follow-up to the request…
Follow-up to the request above, for the same grid: when I refresh the list the sort order of items within a group changes, and I want the items to stay where I put them, i.e. manual sort.
The settings applied to the grid are: Grid > Sort > Group By bar, and Grid > Sort > Sort Items, and the grid source has no sort. The grid is still in Outline (normal) mode with Context Parents None.
Is there another combination of settings that does what I want?
Thank you.
Hi Cyganet, No, Group-by bar…
Hi Cyganet,
No, Group-by bar also does sort. It is not an option

As a workaround I have added the [TaskOrder] field into the grid, turned off the Group By bar, and made the source items sort [Priority], [TaskOrder]. That gives me most of what I want, except that the groups are no longer collapsible.
