It would be nice if the prefix of Tag groups could be hidden. For example, in the example below, the prefix "Tag: Rich_tags:" would be hidden in the Item text:

I'll second this as I was thinking about the same suggestion for the group-by view.
I find it distracting to have to dodge the first words of every header on the page when I'm scanning the list to find something.
If not hidden, it would still be an improvement if they were put after the text so as to not obstruct the list view.
