When I add a subitem by form, it is missing the  Child-> Parent info and siblings.
I have one subitem under InfoQube. I added two more subitems:

"test parent added directly" Added directly
"test parent added by Form" Added by Form

Here is what I see when I add the subitem directly:

It correctly shows the two siblings and the Child->Parent: InfoQube relationship.

However this is what I see after adding the item by form:

The two siblings and the Child->Parent: InfoQube relationship is missing.

 

 

p.s. A related(?) bug for missing item creation dates, when adding items by form, was reported here New items added by Forms do not have a Created Date

I am sorry, but refresh doesn't work for me.

It also doesn't work after I close and reopen IQ.

I also upgraded from v122m to 122o and it still doesn't work (the items added by form still has no created date, missing siblings and no Parent-> Child info).

If you prefer, I could create a new data file showing this and E-mail to you?

Your screenshots are not of much help. How were the items added by form?

Please provide detailed steps. Is it using the Properties pane or the Forms dialog?
