I like to use Find and Filter>show in search grid.  Why is the "Whole word only" option grayed out for this?  Just did a search for "quest" and got many unwanted hits for "question".  I couldn't find an answer in the manual.

The whole word option is available for Live-Search but this option locks up InfoQube for me most of the time.

Hi Wayne,

  1. Whole word is not supported by the database engine, so it must be done through code. That is why it is supported by Live-Search but not directly by the Search grid
  2. Live-Search lock up: This needs to get fixed. The only way is if you send a masked copy of your database for me to analyse (you may have sent one in the past, but I do not keep previous customer information, even masked)
