I want to create a form for quick candar entries. I don't know how to do this. All I need is Date - Time - Details. Can someone give step by step guidance here. Thanks.
Definitely need a little guidance here. I seem to have create a whole bunch of empty forms and sevral forms marked <none> -there doesn't seem to be any way to delete them (right click or delete) has no effect.

Ecco was much easier to setup a form.

Yes. Read the Documentation (several times) - even ran it through ChatGPT and asked how to make a form but AI is not up to the standard of IQ.
