Certainly not high on the list of priorities, but I propose changing "Wordwrap" to "Fold." I think this would be more consistent with terminology used by  other outliners.

Sorry but I would not support this change. Lets hear what others have to say.

Hi Jon, thanks for your suggestion.
Is the Word Wrap term confusing? If not, I'm not sure why we should change it.
I tend to want to change only those terms that make the  software less understandable or usable (e.g. : tags in IQ, auto-update in fields management, etc.) .
But if others find the Word Wrap term confusing, it could certainly be added to Mantis.

P.S. Word Wrap is also widely used (although not necessarily in all Outliners). Fold is also used (especially for coding) but I never found it as self explanatory -- note that I don't think it's even used in other famous outliners like Ultra Recall or Mybase.

I have to join the list of those that prefer Word Wrap over Fold. I think it is more widely used and understood.

OK, OK. I relent. I was just thinking of classic outliners and the terminology used. Wordwrap and folding are different. What IQ is doing is more like folding. However, if this creates confusion, then never mind. I'll shut up.

Suggestions are important, Jon. And this is/was certainly not an absurd suggestion.

Well, actually it's more like expand & collapse than it is fold / unfold or even wordwrap on / off.
But then we would all get confused with outline TLIs that have children & expand & collapse
So relenting might be the most practical course at the moment
