Doug, it works here but not as I would have expected - the column I selected isn't shown in the exported page, but the 'Item' field/column is.

Would you be able to attach a screenshot of the settings you choose in the HTML dialogue box ? I could then try it with exactly the same settings.
Also, it possibly has no importance but what type of column was selected (a yes/no, a number, date, or a text column?)

Hi Tom,

I've since discovered the HTML-column-print works from at least one different Grid (won't be attempting them all) although the program still crashes when attempting to print the one column I really need.  My last attempt corrupted my internet browser settings, I had to reboot.  On a previous occassion I didn't get a crash but, after a verrrrrry long wait, a preview that consisted of hundreds of pages of DOS-like-character nonsense.  It's a text field-column.  HTML dialogue box as below.  Thanks.

HI Doug,

Can you provide a screenshot of the grid you want to print, and how many items to print ? Uncheck "Use HTML style buletted list" to get the column you want or change it to be the Tree column

Hi Pierre,

Screen shot of grid.  Selected column is green.  Parent Item is expanded to first-level sub-items only, if I were to expand to all 2nd/3rd/etc-level items grid would be a couple hundred lines long.  Have looked at ALL lines again though and there is nothing I would consider unusual contained therein, i.e., no font mixing (diff font formatting, yes), no hyperlinks, no pictures, no stuff like that.  Parent Item is "hoisted", but have same problem attempting to print this column from this grid whether it's hoisted or not.  Unchecked "Use HTML style bulletted list" and there seemed to be a slight difference - InfoQube didn't crash the one time I attempted this, but neither did anything actually happen.  The diaologue box "blanked-out" for about a minute and then it reappeared.  I didn't pursue it any further after that.  Thanks for looking into this Pierre, but I wouldn't think it's practical for you spend too much time on this while we're sill in beta mode - if the solution doesn't present itself until we get to Version 1.0 later this year I think I can live with that for now.  Awesome program, keep up the most impressive work.  Thanks.

Doug

P.S. how do I delete old pictures uploaded to my online "server" that no longer need to be there?

Hi Tom,

Selecting "Use HTML bulleted list" exports only the Tree Column (you can change that column if desired). To export another column, uncheck it.  (see HTML Export dialog: Table with Columns)
