a couple of toolbar related queries / requests.

1) there is a "Zoom in" button, but no "Zoom out" one: I wanted to add it to the standard toolbar (for use in Surface) but couldn't find any.

2) in the HTML pane:
mostly I have the HTML pane fairly narrow -- too narrow for the whole toolbar to display:
I would like if the toolbars went into a second row as opposed to hiding remaining buttons in a drop-down.
=>
I rarely have the full IQ window so small that I have same problem with the standard etc toolbars -- but it might be a helpful option there as well (?)

 Hi Tom,
Not sure about the HTML pane issue, but as for the general IQ interface I do have a Zoom out. Is that what you mean?

yes,
that's it -- and I dont have it. Hmm, I dont have the Zoom reset one either.
I tried reset toolbar but got no change -- is there some other trick there (that I've forgotten)

note they are in the menu: View >Zoom out / etc

Here the customise toolbar dropdown menu:

You should be able to find the command in the "all commands" section of the Customize dialog.

- Right click on any toolbar
- click on Customize (at the end of the menu)
- in the customize dialog, select  "Commands" tab
- In the left categories, scroll down to "All commands"
- At the right, in the commands list, if you scroll to the end you should find Zoom in, Zoom out, Zoom reset

I suggest you create a personal toolbar and drag those to your toolbar. That way it will never be reset/lost.
I have a few personal toolbars like that. They sometimes need to be updated (with new functions/buttons), but the advantage is that default toolbars can always be reset without messing up my interface.

Agreed !

Another easy way, perhaps even easier is, once in Customize mode, drag-drop any control from any menu / toolbar to where you want it. Hold Ctrl while you do that or the control will be removed from its original location

Regarding the Zoom commands specifically, hold Shift while you click on the command does the reverse: "Shift + Zoom In" does a Zoom Out (an old Excel trick)

Made a very minor update on the manual page -- just added the word 'default' :

At the end of each toolbar is a dropdown menu. Click this dropdown and select the toolbar. A list of command buttons will be shown. Check / Uncheck to Show / Hide [default] commands on that toolbar

Have it docked to the left or right edges perhaps ?
