A suggestion that I would make is that when you upgrade to a new release or version that the app settings and configurations automatically follow. Instead of going through copying your user settings and IQ configuration files manually one-by-one.

Hi,

Are you using the Portable or Installable flavor ? The settings should stick either way

At the bottom of this page InfoQube Program Install and Set-up are instructions to copy your settings. Does this help ?

I use the Portable version. And I did see the instructions on copying the user settings and conf files. It seems that ever time I install a new revision the user settings & config files do not move over.

Thanks,

Armando

I'm wondering what the problem could be.
"installing" a new portable version here is 2 step process :
- open the zip file
- copy and paste the files over the previous "installation"

Apart from that there's nothing to move and the user specific config isn't touched as it's not even in the original zip...
