As shown in the screencast (http://bit.ly/2ZSvXSJ), by using InfoQube universal clipper, I am trying to capture just the webpage title and URL, without selecting any text.
InfoQube creates the item with the correct webpage title, but the URL is missing.
Also, the item note is filled with the last clipboard content, but it is undesirable. I'd prefer to have the note filled with the correct URL instead.
 
How to capture just webpage title and URL (simple bookmark) without selecting text?

I just added this to the doc page 1. Clipping Content from other Apps
  • If the selected text is 3 characters or less, it will not be captured, just the page title and URL
What happens is that because of security, the universal clipper does not have access to the web page information, only to the clipboard
So, you need to have something selected, IQ the sends keystrokes to copy it to the clipboard and is then able to retrieve the page information
