Paste Special Issue

I can get back the Paste Special Dialogue by menu command or Ctrl-Shift-v. It just remembers and pastes the last option (which I made in error).

EDIT:
I "kind off" solved it.

I had copied an E-mail and accidentally pasted as hyperlink. I deleted the item and tried Ctrl-Shift-v. However, the dialogue didn't open, and the hyperlink was just pasted again. The solution was to recopy the the E-mail and thereafter do the Ctrl-Shift-v. I then got the dialogue.

Why is it necessary to recopy the E-mail when it is already in the clipboard?

Text field paste issue

1) Text field is displayed as column in grid.

2) Select 3 successive entries in this field (from top to bottom = PDF, [blank], Win)

3) Select 3 corresponding blank cells in an adjacent text column.

4) Paste text from first column.

5) Should display same list as first column: PDF, [blank], Win

5) Instead, it displays: PDF, Win, PDF (ie does not handle the blank entry correctly).

Issue with Copy Special> Paste Location

When you I copy special>6>paste, the item is not pasted at the cursor location.

Instead, it goes to the top of the grid, or sometimes to the bottom of the current outline level.  In either case, it has to be tracked down and moved back to its intended location.

Grid sort is set to None (Manual).

Apologies if this has already been mentioned and is on the list to be done.

Panes fail to maintain independent view

Possible bug (or at least not working the way I think it should).

1) Grid open in main view, left pane

2) Same grid open as View Pane on the right

3) Drag top level item (no parent) to subitem status under a parent in the right pane.

4) As item is added to the right (target) pane, the parent expands in the left (source) pane.

Pane views should remain independent.  Taking an action in the right pane shouldn't cause the left pane view to change.

Bug in copying calendar events

When I copy a calendar event and then try to paste it elsewhere, instead of pasting the event I had copied, the event invariably pasted is "Plan for the next few weeks"!

I also checked to see where else in my IQ base I have an event "Plan for the next few weeks", and it turns out that I don't have any such event (if I once did, it has long been deleted).

Thanks!

ToDo - Not in Calendar

I have a ToDo date field that I have unchecked in the Calendars so it doesn't show up there.
I have a ToDo item in a Grid. I want to edit the event (reminder actually) so I select the ToDo field and hit F2. The dialog then shows "In Calendar" anyway. If I uncheck it, I cant edit the event (reminder).

Why is there a checkbox showing "In Calendar" when it is not showing in the Calendar?
