By Default, new items are added to the Inbox Grid (with Source = Inbox field) when the "New Item to IQBase" window is used.

If I look at the Inbox field in the window, it is not automatically checked. However, after clicking on OK, the field is automatically checked and the new item is therefore shown in the Inbox Grid.

Now, I wanted to use an "Inbox" Tag instead of the  "Inbox" field as a source for the "Inbox Grid", but that doesn't work. After clicking on OK, the  "Inbox" Tag is not checked and the item therefore doesn't show in the Grid.

I made the new item window as wide as I could, but the Tag pane cannot be expanded enough. It is too narrow to see the child Tags. Maybe a bug?

I copied several items which have children including some URLs from Ecco.
For example:

Item ABC
       www.google.com
       SomeChild1

Item DEF
       www.yahoo.com
       SomeChild2

I pasted-special the items to IQ as Tab-indented.

I have backed up my viking.SNDB using:
1. Manual backup, which creates a file viking.SNBKM. (This file is overwritten each time I create a manual backup)
and
2. Auto backup, which creates incrementally dates files like viking.20220724-1432.SNBKA.

A viking.ini file is also created in the backup folder.

How do I restore my backed up file? Do I simply rename the extension to SNDB?
What do I do with the viking.ini file?

p.s. I searched the help file for a book page with the word "restore" but I didn't find anything relevant.

Suddenly (after moving Tag locations in the Tag Pane), I am no longer able to add a Tag by using the Tag Column. All the values are grayed out. I can still add the Tags by checking them in the Tag Pane.

I started to Group-By Bar. When I open the file, the groups are expanded. Is there some way to Collapse/Expand all groups?

EDIT: I just realized that "ItemTagCount" doesn't match Nb in the Tag pane for any Tags in the Tag Grid (it is blank or shows "1"). I thought "ItemTagCount" was supposed to shows "Nb of tags for each item"? Is this a bug?
 

I have a tag "Type_B" which have several Child Tags.
"Type_B" shows "blank" for Nb in the Tag Pane.
In the Tag Grid, it shows "1" for "ItemTagCount"

Why do they differ? Could it be because I have a Grid called "Type_B" which has the source "#Type_B"?

What is the best way to find the single "Type_B" (according to the Tag Grid)?

This is a problem that I first noticed in Pre13 and has continued after upgrading to Pre21.

1) Drag a link from Firefox to InfoQube

2) Buffering symbol comes up and continues for 30+ seconds.  Sometimes it continues for several minutes and I have to close the program and start over.

The above happens a few dozen times a day.  Once it starts in, it'll do it repeatedly for quite a while.

I just rebooted the computer so I don't think it's a memory problem (though sometimes it may be)
