 I have made changes to the HTML pane as directed in the help manual. I does not change the font. Can someone please help me switch the font to Arial?

Here's what I've saved as my template (it's copied from the help file with the version updated:

I have followed the directions in the help file. No change in font.
 
I then went to both copies of the "NewHTML.htm" and copied the above to them and saved them. I restarted InfoQube. Still no change.

You mean that Menu > File > Save as default does not work ?

After I click out of HTML Code view (after making changes in HTML Code view), I try typing something and no matter what I do it seems stuck on Times New Roman. 
 
I did try saving it as default (several times over a couple of months) and restarting InfoQube to see if it took then. But no, that doesn't work either.

  1. What version are you using ? Portable or Installable ?
  2. What page do you refer to in the help file ? Is it this one: 4. Document Pane ?

I'm using 0.9.91c but I tried do this a couple of months with whatever the current version of the time was. I use the installable version. 
 
I used this page: 3.3 HTML Editing Pane (node 64)

OK, I'll test on the installable version. It has been a while since that version was tested (I'm always using the portable one)

I tried setting the default format on a fresh installation of IQ Installable and everything works...
 
What do you mean by the "Template" ? 
 
To set the default, make the changes to a blank item (in normal and/or code view) and then you must use Menu > File > Set as Default...

I'm sorry to waste your time with this.
 
I just took a couple of minutes to copy the code form my old computer. When I input it into InfoQube in my new computer & saved it, it worked A-OK.
 
I'm wondering if the code is at fault. I do not know HTML. I'm just sayin' - maybe there's something wrong with the code I copied from the help file?
I tried several times. Saved as default and checked, Yes and make this permanent, with the copied HTML from the Help file. 
 
Anyway, I'm good now. Thanks for your help!
