The forms section in the Properties Pane has buttons to apply values and clear values from selected items in the grid.

Could forms be used to filter items in the grid, i.e. type in values next to the fields listed in the grid, click a filter button, and the grid filter is now altered to match the values that were entered in the form?

Hi Jim,

Definitely possible, but not on the radar for the moment

One easy way to do just about that right now is to load the form as a column set and then filter

HTH !

thank you for this suggestion Pierre.  Actually this provides a pretty nice substitute for the multi-crteria "filter builder" I'd like to see.  Just load a column set containing the columns you'd like to filter on.  Then move the cursor between the columns and press Ctrl+G at any column you want to filter on.  Enter the filter, then move to the next column you want to filter on, etc.
