Hi,

I would like to populate the EmailSender and EmailRecipients fields when importing emails via EmailToIQ. I have edited the list of fields in option 2.3.4 "Always assign these fields" to say "Inbox, EmailDate, Emails, EmailSender, EmailRecipients".
However, when importing new emails, the final two fields are still blank. This didn't change when I restarted InfoQube. What else do I need to do?
Thank you,
Cyganet

This was asked last year with no response from Pierre at the time.
Here my comment from that thread Field assignment using EmailToIQ

AFAIK those fields are related to importing emails from Thunderbird via the IQ extension (there is -- or was at any rate -- an IQ addon for Thunderbird). See 3. Importing Emails into InfoQube
As such they would probably be non-editable by us -- although it would be logical if they were also used (auto-filled) for EmailToIQ emails (would that be possible Pierre?)

Indeed, I guess it slipped in the cracks of the floor...

In v115f, these will now populate correctly:
  • New: EmailToIQ: Support for EmailSender and EmailRecipients fields

Thanks for reporting !

Thanks Pierre!
With the amount of work you do on IQ, it's no wonder that some stuff slips through the cracks occasionally :-)

Hi Tom and Pierre,

Thank you for the explanation and fix! That's the fun of working with InfoQube, with the rapid update cycle there's always something nice to look forward to in the upcoming version. I'm looking forward to it.
