How do I set a tag under 2 or more parent tags?

The Doc here https://infoqubeim.com/drupal5/node/4355 states:

However, I can't find the "Tags Grid section"...?

It took some time to figure it out but OK now.

I didn't realize that I needed to open a special Tag Grid (not well explained in the Doc). I then had to figure out who to create multiple parents (I was not able to find that in the manual).

It only works when pressing the Ctrl key after, I have started to drag/drop the item (Tag). If I press the Ctrl key before I start the drag, I can't drag.

With the large number of issues you seem to be having, both IQ related and not (Windows OS, browser links), it is very difficult for me to help you. I'd recommend first testing things on a fresh PC running a modern OS and a stock copy of IQ.

The browser links above brought me elsewhere yesterday, but they bring me to the correct pages today (using FireFox latest version and my WIN 7 PC). 

I have now also installed IQ on another WIN 10 PC for testing purposes, when something doesn't work on my main WIN7 PC.

How do I ?
