I made a framework for a description of the various grids of the default file.  Introduction to the default grids and it's subpages.
 
I need a lot of help filling these out, as I've never gone through and studied all the default grids thoroughly.
 
Also this gives us a reference pages to refer to.
 
Any help as to new text, links to existing stuff, etc would be appreciated. 
 
What I envision is a quick description as to what the grid does, then a more thorough explanation,  interaction with other grids (if any),
suggestions to enhance each, suggestions to modify each one to other things...

I put a very rough draft of Journal Grid.
 
Please update/correct/critique. 
 
I'm debating if it needs more info and examples, since Date Filter toolbar and parent are pretty good. 

wrote a bit for -- link to nonexistent node ID 843 -- & -- link to nonexistent node ID 837 --

the default WorkDone grid only shows the Item field - wouldn't it be better with relevant fields as shown in 7. Example : Time Tracking ?
 
Also re the Invoices grid:- when I open this here many columns are too narrow, and have to be dragged apart in order to see them at all

Thanks for pointing that to me. I fixed it. The default template needs quite a bit of work to make it really useful . Currently it is a mish-mash of grids, some consistents with others, some inconsistents...
