When I tried installing over my older version, there were many errors. When I installed to a new folder, installation was ok. Now I need to know where IQ stores all the customized settings. Can someone help me w this please. Tks.

Do you normally use the portable version? All you need to do, is open the zip file and copy the whole content to your portable version folder. Your settings / customisations will remain intact.
I don't use WinRar, just the XP supplied compressed folder zipper/unzipper but I was able to download the zip file, opened it, copied it to a folder and run the app.
I don't think it's a WINRAR issue either (nor IQ). I tried extracting right to the IQ folder. You've described unzipping & copying files over to folder. I'll try that.
