Scenario:
 
I ordered a new laptop & rcvd a confirming email
I copied that email to IQ
In IQ I would like to add a reminder / alarm / pop up something to remind me of delivery due date
 
How do I do this?

Alarms/reminders have not been implemented yet. They're coming -- don't remember exactly if they've been postponed, but they are in the roadmap for december 25 (together with recurring events).

How did you copy the email and where did you put it?

I use Thunderbird & Pierre created an extension which copies email from Thunderbird directly into IQ, email view. All user has to do is to point to email in list & click icon in TB toobar. Very handy.
