How do I set the default Font and Font Size for the HTML Pane?

This is part of new features that were asked for.
For now  If you want to edit the HTML template on which new HTML content is based, you can find it and modify it.
 
Here's something in the manual about it : 4. Document Pane
Look at the end of the page, I just updated the explanations.
