Well now I'm confused (not an unusual state) Pierre says Ctrl Shift 1/2/3 but you said (and i confirmed) that Ctrl 2-3-4 etc work.
I can get used to Ctrl-Shift 1 for top level and then Crrl 2-3 for second and successive levels etc but isn't it better to have a consistent command structure. Just saying.
