Calendar options

I really don't use the calendar but I thought it would be a good idea to at least learn its capabilities.
 
It seems that the options (Options|Calendar) don't all stick. For example,  I cannot input the full time for the start of a workday. It only seems to take one number, a colon and then a second number. I've tried just using 7:0 or 7: for 7:00am, but upon re-opening the database, the default 8:00am replaces my preference. Check the other settings too because the "Day Time scale starts at" does the same thing.

In this interim release (v0.9.26PreRel22):
  • New: Grids: Outline Labels. Initial release of this much requested feature. Use Grid > Show Outline Labels to turn ON/OFF.
    In future releases, we'll add named lists of outline labels allowing customisations (à la Ecco Pro)
    One can see numeric and alpha labels, cumulative or not (cumulative in the first 3 levels):


     
Work integrating Goople Calendar Sync has started.
 
 
And, usual, enjoy an additional 90 days of free use !

InfoQube Viewer is now available !

Hi IQ Users,
 
Many of you have asked for an InfoQube Viewer. It is finally here !!
 
All data operations have been disabled. Users can still however configure views and manipulate the data.
 
Feedback is most welcomed !!

p.s.  There may also be a need for a Run-Time version of IQ. With this version, users will be able to enter / modify / delete data but fields, forms, views and code would be locked. A consultant using IQ to propose custom software to a customer may want to lock up the configuration. If there is a need for this, we'll also release such a version. Speak up !

In this next release:
  1. Fixed: Grids: Context parent display level setting was disabled if context parents were off
  2. Fixed: Grids: Activating a column filter for a date field could cause a freeze
  3. Improved: Search: Option to disable search-as-you-type
  4. New: Gantt Chart: Can zoom in/out by dragging the header column separators
  5. Fixed: Pivot table/chart: Refresh button did not work
  6. Fixed: Pivot table/chart: Date and Alpha toolbars were not hidden
  7. Fixed: Ctrl-Tab did not navigate correctly for Fast Search windows

Hi IQ Users,
 
In this release (v0.9.26PreRel19):
  • New: Grids: Can specify the number of context parents to show (previously, only the immediate parent was shown)
  • New: Grids: Simplified hierarchy display. Show hierarchy ON/OFF.
    If OFF, a flat list of items is shown (use "Grid Properties > View > Show expand buttons in flat view" to show/hide expand buttons)
  • New: Calendar: If an event is selected, left/right arrow keys select the previous/next event
  • New: Calendar: Copy/Paste events
  • Removed: Grids: Save Item state no longer exists.
  • Fixed: HTML Export sometimes fails to export correctly (HTML style bullets will bullets for all levels)

 

Day of he Week

1. Is there an option to place days of week at top of month views
2. Is there an option to see 2 small calendar months in that part of the pane, currently one mini-calendar leaves a lot of empty real estate.
