I was thinking that one might not want to apply item coloration to an item in all grids. You might want one color scheme when an item is displayed as a contact, but another when its used in a todo list.

 

So, I'm wondering if there is a way to programmatically detect the current grid that is being used to view the data? Some global variable or function that can fetch that information?

When doing searches using the fast-find (long grid) approach, I've noticed that some items will have the "Shown-In" field populated, but others don't.  I have one grid where there are a dozen entries, but only 3 appear with the "Shown-In" field completed. If I go to the field, and check the properties, I can see that it is actually shown in multiple fields.

 

Another anomaly, using quick find, I can say "All blanks" on the "Shown-In" field, and it filters to show blanks. But then, as I page down, the Shown-In field starts to populate.

I noticed blank.sntemplate can be opened up, and apparently is what controls what shows when you File>New. Is this correct, and is this what would be the basis of

I want to use IQ to manage a large project. Because of the need to display plans in different ways I use Milestone to publish the schedule (which I want to work on using IQ).

Just curious.... I know calendar is coming. Will it be printable for daily, selected, configurable dates, etc.?

If you use an item icon <img>pin</img>, it doesn't export. Rather, the exact format ("<img>pin</img>") is in the source html, which is not how the tag is supported in HTML (<img src=...>).
