Please see the attached screenshot. I created a grid named "cognitive exercises" that I use for brain teasers. Currently the yes/no field that was automatically created when the grid was created has the inheritance value, "value -> sub-items" set to unchecked, which is why the circled items don't have a checkmark, i.e. I entered them in the grid but would have had to manually check them off as i created them since they were sub-items. However for the grid I have "context parents" checked, which is why the items still show up in the grid ever after refreshing, right? Which is as it should be, right?
However I have another grid and field set up identically, but if I enter sub-items (no check mark) they disappear when I refresh. Which they should not, right?
The ONLY difference I can think of between the two grids is that on the problem grid when i originally created it I unchecked "context parents". But then I later rechecked it. So why do sub-items that don't have the check mark disappear? I have tried all the standard troubleshooting stuff such as closing and reopening etc.
Hopefully the description of the issue makes sense.
Thanks
