Doesn't always show up when grid is running off screen

User forced to scroll over by arrow

intermittent, don't know if it's since new grid

usually closing & reopening view cures it

Hi, howcome when I add a standard text field to a grid, like AddressBook, none of the field text data is displayed in the resulting column?  version 0.9.25W3.  I'm sure it's a simple answer but I've been at this for well over an hour now so it's time to ask the quesiton.  thanks.  Doug Bartlett

Situation is UNREMARKABLE

but

 

item screen split horizontally

2-3 tabs in one pane

1 view in other pane

 

jump from entering data in one pane to other pane starts the problem repetitively

Haven't tested for single pane problems but will revert to that.

I'm thinking this problem may be tied to grid supplier changes

 

That's the only observation I can offer but IT IS ANNOYING as hell.

Contact List / Address Book view

Alpha filter is set to = all

 

A/Z sort does not function either in asc or desc mode

 

This is true if alpha filter is ON or OFF

 

I can sort by item column

 

I'm not sure why, but some custom shortcuts don't stick.

E.g. : changed "New item" to Ctrl+Shift+N and put "Renumber" to Ctrl+N, and it doesn't stick.

Can anybody confirm that, using the same example ? Thanks.
