I installed a 0.9.25T version and I can't find strikeout, underline, color options under FONT anymore. Were they removed or moved?

1. When user enters a value, the form moves to the top instead of remaining where data was entered. Result: user has to scroll down for each field data entry

2. working w boolean check box, it appears that click / check mark only takes if user clicks on blank half of box which is a small target

This may well be reported, I didnt know where to begin searching:

 

Column Filter at "not Is Blank" for yes/no field. Applies to all items.

Hi,

I was trying to create a hyperlink from HTML panel to a pdf file. When I clicked the link, I got the dialogue box to choose the program (I chose suggested Adobe Reader), but then getn an error msg:

"There was an error opening this document. The filename, directoryname, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

I can open this file from Windows Explorer with no problem.

 

BTW, that's what's in the "hyperlink" window:

At the moment I only have one field with conditional formatting, but it no longer works under "U"

 

I removed my old install completely so am using a 'clean' install of U.

It still works in T - I had kept a copy of older install.

Could it be that the colour has to be added manually to the Options somewhere (doesnt make sense though to me...)

 

 

 

I have been using ecco for nearly 20 years. One of the primary features I use is the notepads to save to instructions, procedures and personal data. InfoQube appears to be a compelling replacement for ecco - the first one that I have seen that I am willing to put the effort into to upgrade my database and I have been searching for a long time. I bet you get that a lot.

I think mantis.sqlnotes.net/view.php (posted in 2008) is what I'm wishing for but just in case:

 

User applies <CTRL>+F to search

IQ highlights matching criteria in results

I've noticed that InfoQube is prone to "blacking out" for 1-3 seconds at a time.

Its not just InfoQube - the whole monitor blacks out. It doesn't happen with the multitude of other programs I run - only when IQ is open. It is worse when IQ has the focus.

Sometimes there is a faint flickering of the IQ window. Whenever I move the scrollbar, click on another item etc. I get a run of black outs.

Is it a conflict somewhere with a driver or ...?

Anybody else have this problem?

I'm running Win 7 64 bit, dual ViewSonic monitors, Nvidia graphics card.

I'm wondering if anyone else is successfully working with a grid with 1000+ top level items?

 

I have a grid with roughly 2500 TLIs

 

"minor" usability issues:

often clicking on an item will cause the focus to change to an item at the other end of the grid - this is a royal pain, having to relocate where you were... This seems to be common - I know superboyac was complaining about it before.

There were others minor but I'm bogged down with the one below.

 

Major usability issue:

ability to move items - I decided to move about 2000 items under a TLI - by selecting and using Alt+Left arrow.
